To provide you the best service possible, please review this PRE-PUMP checklist before your appointment.
Thank you for pumping with Superior Septic. We appreciate your business.
- Your driveway must be plowed and wide enough to accommodate a large truck. Please clear a path to the tank and have the pipes exposed, if the snow is deep.
- Please move vehicles, trailers, and other obstructions so the truck can easily back into position as close to the tank as possible. Superior Septic will not drive on a customer’s grass or surfaces that can be damaged.
- The tank standpipes, usually (2) - 4” black ABS pipes, must be located. Please mark the standpipes if you won’t be home or if they are difficult to find? Please also locate and expose the cleanout pipe near house if a clog removal is needed.
- If you have a lift station or multiple tanks that you would like pumped, please call (907) 854-PUMP ahead of time to discuss your specific pumping needs.
- If you won’t be home at the time of service, please call (907) 854-PUMP to put a credit card on file. Payment is required at time of service.
- If you would like to join our convenient Auto Pump service, please inform the Superior Septic driver or call (907) 854-PUMP to be added.
